I liked the quality
I was disappointed with the finish as the sheet does not have a wide hem at the top which would define the way to place it on the bed. With four equal narrow hems it is difficult to find the top/bottom from the sides. A good sheet deserves a proper finish.

Reasonable quaility
The fabric is nice but not what I'd call hotel quality. Also it has no finished edges, no deeper border at the top edge.Disappointing.

Cheap feel and look
Brown stain from ribbon in packaging, no top or bottom hem, 400tc questionable. Wouldn't recommend.
