messed up all my old controllers bought this it's made of a cheaper plastic but is very good and is even smaller

The connection between the controller and Xbox was badly made and the contact terminal was too short in the plastic shroud compared to other controllers i have. Got sent straight back for a refund

I don't like that it's not very smooth to play my games

this works, it's a controller I've been using as a Player 2 for my original Xbox. The only real issue is, everytime you launch a game you do get stick-drift, but this appears to be software related and not hardware as it corrects if you click and move the sticks a whole bunch.Annyywaayyy, aside from generic third-party nonsense you gotta contend with which is the same for all console; NOTE! this appears to be as cheaply made as possible, and I'm refering to it's capabilities not it's durability. It does not have full analog movement, you lightly press forward and you go full speed. It does not have full analog range, you move it to a position of 15 degrees and it'll either go to 0 or 45 (it only has 8 directions of movement, like a cheap PC controller in that regard).It's okayish for platformers, you can get used to it but you do need to put in more effort than you'd naturally expect, and if the shooter game you're playing doesn't have helpful aim assist (which unfortunately most don't on the original Xbox) then you're just gonna have to accept it's not gonna be accurate at all.3 stars, it works, doesn't appear to be broken, but it's not as good as an actual official controller.

Works great, bought an extender for the wire cos my tv is far away

The left trigger has never worked, and to use the functionality of it you have to remap it to another button. Also, it tends to drift in FPS games.

Works as they should and a handy replacement or substitute for the "real" thing.

The controller works perfectly, but the plastic feels super cheap and after about 2 days of use there's now something rattling around inside the shell. In terms of functionality I have no complaints though.
