It is just starting to warm up in our area and it gets really hot where we go camping. We don’t need an AC year round, figured this might be a solution to cooling down individual rooms in the house or take with us when we travel. This is bigger than what an expected, but much smaller than a window unit. Plus it can be moved around. Lots of instructions for different ways to set it up depending on your needs and space. I haven’t tried it in the tent yet, but we did try in a bed room that gets direct sun for most of the day. It had a digital screen to read current temperature of the space. The remote is handy, set up was easy and it went right to work, we could watch the temperature drop once it was in and working. I thing this is a good solution for those really hot days. Love the fact that it is portable. It seems well built and sturdy!

I tried this on a week long camping trip in Northern California. I can say it did NOT perform as I thought. 80 outside and unit in tent terrible. Unit outside just cold air hose in tent terrible. Unless you put your face right in front of the vent it does not cool anything. The box for the electrical part seemed baking the whole time too. We tried everything to make it work and I truly believe it is an ambient unit and struggles to work as they claim. I do not recommend at all.

Its ok for one person but two person its not enough and this machine sent to me is work only with remote but not work on the machine. I have to buy a stronger air conditioner.

Delivered upside down and inside box said to wait 6 hours before powering on, waited overnight to be safe. Set up was super easy. Just connected cable to power cord and the tube (for condensation), and powered on! Remote and touch display on the unit both work for power, temp, fan speed. Lowest temp is 61 F. Gets cold pretty quick! Within 30 seconds of the first use it was getting colder. 3 prong cable for the outlet requirement. Battery included in the remote. The extra attachments are narrow spaces/enclosed spaces for the exhaust part and a front extension for narrow spots for colder air. Didn’t attach yet but they just snap on either side.

we tried this out for cooling the small cabin on our boat by having this AC be outside and using the pipes it came with to pipe the cool air in but it just doesn't deliver cool air, it is extremely weak. The amazon description is falsely advertised. The description says it delivers 2416 BTU but everything in the box (including the box itself) says it delivers 1450BTU, I doubt it was even putting that out though.

We recently purchased this portable tent air conditioner for the camping trips we're planning. We also hope to use it in case of power outages at our home, to provide cooling during the intense Arizona heat. Our first impression was excellent, as the product was very well packaged and arrived without any damage (see the pictures). It is easy to assemble, and the instructions are straightforward. The unit is very sturdy and well-built. While it isn't exactly lightweight, it's also not overly heavy. The noise level is low, which we find acceptable. Overall, we are very pleased with the product.

Works really good for indoor and outdoor. Easy to use. Can adjust the temperature up to 88 Fahrenheit which would be great in the winter. Highly recommended!
