Smooth and Solid
Exactly as described and the materials are superior. I am glad I went with the smaller size because this thing is BEEFY! I'm using it as a tailgate latch for an old farm truck and it has been a solid unit, working perfectly as I need it to. I also love the hold-open feature with the side pins - wonderful design.
