You're on your own with hardware failures...
Bought one of these a while ago to power PoE cameras. Unfortunately I ran out of time to even unbox it - so it sat there, protectively packaged but unpowered and unused until last month. However, when I tried to boot it it turns out the power supply/motherboard will not boot. Brief flick of a white light and nothing.Ubiquiti no use at all; after briefly pointing us at the obvious stuff in the manual agreed that "yeah it's broken, and nothing we can do to help". Not even having a repair option for a switch this expensive is pretty poor. This is a shame, as I'd been very happy with their other products.Recommend avoiding / going with a better brand for individual items that are this expensive/valuable.
