My six year old grand daughter and her pop pop have done their share of leggo construction. This house by far is her favorite. She loves this beach house! That her and her grandfather built it together makes it all the more special. Great buy!

no surprises with this one
Typical three wall vertical assembly structure. There's a moderate amount of interior detailing and while it generally keeps well with the villa theme the placement of various objects don't seem to be aimed at creating a specific space. But the exterior detailing is much more coherent and abundant and that's what's going to end up putting on display anyways heh. I mean I've never built a house kit and then displayed the interior instead of the exterior.Pieces are standard size. Lots of large plates for level stability. Instructions are laid out well with the typical assembly aid but the scale is pretty reduced so my aging eyes had to look closely - turned my lights up to max as well that helped. The polybags are split up between phase 1 and 2 of assembly, noted in the instructions as well. There are about 18 decals to apply but with a single exception they're all large enough to easily manipulate.

Great set!
These blocks fit together like any other brand. The set is adorable and perfect for my daughter who loves the beach! There are so many little details within the house, it’s so cute! My daughter has had the most fun putting it together and it’s amazing that it’s a fraction of the price of other brands. I would definitely recommend this!

My great niece loved building it
Talk about Barbie’s dream house for your Lego figures! This building set is high quality and comparable to legos. The instructions are kind of difficult for younger children. It is a great set to sit and build with your kid though and the playtime afterward is priceless.

Missing some pieces but works fine
We were missing a few pieces for the roof, but not a huge loss as our kids like it better with no roof anyways. They played and played and are excited for even more time to play.Well worth it!
