Q: If this chair comes fully assembled, why is there an option to have "expert assembly" for +$70?

If you are buying from an authorized reseller, which most of these sellers are, the chair should arrive in its original Steelcase box, in an essentially assembled state. Amazon is blindly adding this "expert assembly" offer to furniture all over the site. We used to be able to add "ships fully assembled" to the listing to defeat that, but that is no longer an option. We have furniture that consists of a single piece of molded ply that we have to beg Amazon to remove this "value add" from, since customers think we're trying to take advantage of them.

Q: Are the arm adjustments 4way or just height only?

The arms do have height adjustment. The arm rest tops moves forward, back, angle left, and angle right. Hope that helps. It is a very comfortable chair!

Q: How come this chair looks like it has a thick cushion in some photos and a thin on others?
