I haven't had the issue with cauliflower ear before, but I can see from the excellent included full-color instructs on how they are used and what they are used for. I can attach them to my ears easily by myself and they stay in place well. They weigh down the tops of my ears a bit, but they are the weight of magnets so that is to be expected. The pressure is good, you can feel the compression, but it doesn't cause any discomfort even without the spacers.

First, always seek medical treatment for cauliflower ear, that's my cautionary disclosure. The use of ear magnets is controversial, they can be a great treatment, they can be a great detriment. Google the term "do cauliflower ear magnets work" and you'll see what I mean.Normally, draining the affected ear is the first step, many self treat this aspect, although I can't advocate that here (it's simply not allowed), so it's on you to research that matter.
