Bought this chair a month ago after trying the $11,000 chair in Costco. This chair was half the price with basically the same technology. The company was awesome to deal with chair was delivered in a week, white gloves service came a couple a days later and they were Great. It comes with a Wonderful book that explains everything about the functionally of chair. The dual massage mechanism is outstanding, much better then my last 2 chairs with single mechanism. Love the fact that in a programmed massage you can adjust air pressure, massage level and chair position during massage. Very strong chair my husband and I are only on gentle and it is a tighter fit them my other chairs and we feel like it gives us a better massage. The heated shawl that can go over your front chest and stomach is wonderful. Foot massage is great and the leg drainage feature is fantastic. The only cons might be the AI which is limited but so was the &11,000 chair and wish I could program my music so I wouldn’t have to do it each time I get in chair. The speakers are great. We Love this chair and with a 5 year warranty this chair a consideration.

For the money, I suppose what separates it from other massage chairs are the dual rollers and the many different features. For example, the chair can be powered on and controlled in four ways; touch buttons, touch screen, mobile device, and voice control. Plus there appears to be 15 different auto massages to choose from, if not more. It looks great and was easy to assemble, although be prepared to deal with a lot of packaging waste. It squeezed it in my single room apartment without much issue. Here’s where the chair is a bit dicey, and where I think maybe a thousand could be knocked from the price. The lower leg portion is really not very good and can be dangerous if not careful. The air bags vice grip my knees and feet, and then pulls my feet down, then pushes them up, and so forth. I learned to allow my feet to slide out of the grip somewhat to prevent my knees from being injured. Maybe the warnings labels protect Alfine by stating anyone with a condition shouldn’t use the chair, but the way it clutches around my knees, I have to be mindful of that, and position it right. That said, the rollers don’t benefit my calves because they’re not really touching them. It just feels like the company got the chair right except the lower leg design wasn’t tested thoroughly before assembly. Additionally, the touch controls are a bit messy and confusing. If there’s a way to prevent the lower leg portion from operating, while getting my back served, I still haven’t discovered where that is. There’s added features if you connect it to Wifi such as speakers and software updates but I’m a little bit weary connecting. Personally, I think it’s a $3500 chair. Does great things mostly.

Overall, I'm happy with it. It has several modes, and many options to customize just how strong it massages you. I like a strong foot massage, and this chair absolutely delivers in that area. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I also own a Cozzia massage chair that is over 13 years old and cost me half the price I paid for this: the Cozzia chair included lights near the head (this one doesn't) and had airbags that massaged the lower sides of your body (love handles) which helped crack your back a little when the air cushions held onto you. Furthermore, the audio commands available have been a little hit or miss so far. The material is well made, and it will likely last a long time. If you want the ability to have a stronger, deeper massage, this chair delivers. If you want a more gentle one, it does that too.

This chair is almost as good as a person! We have used it over 1540 minutes so far and love this massage chair! At 60 an hour, we have saved over $1540 so far! At $60 an hour, that's $2310! A third of the price! We have been using it for just over 2 weeks or 16 days and it has helped us relax so much! Well worth the cost.

DON'T DO IT... I was very upset when my chair arrived 2 weeks late and missing half of it... But thank God, I had to talk to the " manufacturer " in Georgia I believe... What a joke... The only thing they manufacture is lies... I was told they can't sell me the missing parts, because they don't sell parts... 🤔😵‍💫🤮 or they dont because... they dont make them...??? 🤔🤫 and because chair was sold to our favorite company, then me, no warranty, its non transferable... wow... 🤯 then I was given 500 off my 7000.00 boat anchor... like weeks late on delivery, no massage chair for our anniversary! and half of its missing...500 should cover it... 😡

Nicely built but tight fit for a person over 200 lbs. If over age 75 would not recommend due to it really works the back. Also it beats the feed pretty good. I works out seeking and this is my 2nd chair. Great installation he drove 6 hous to get here.

This chair.....the options are endless, we find ourselves in it for 60+mins at least once a day just exploring and zoning in our likes. We are blown away!!!!
