Delivery was excellent. This phone is so elegant and beautiful. The colour is suitable for any decor. I have the phone in my lounge but it would also look great in a bedroom or study. The ringer has a really nice tone that can be set high, low or turned off. The volume of the phone when talking is perfect - I'm hard of hearing but this is crisp and clear and my freinds say they can hear me perfectly. The phone looks very solid but the hand set is lightweight - perfect for a very long chats. As you can tell I am delighted with my purchase which is excellent value.

Lovely looking phone, fairly loud ring. My only annoyance was that it was bought as a gift for my elderly mother, she definitely won't be able to see the numbers (neither can I to be honest). Why are the numbers so dark?

Looks lovely I don’t use it as a telephone just as an ornament on a vintage table so looks the part

Great looking and good sound, very heavy to hold for long periods and no loud speaker.....but who cares as it looks fab!

We bought this phone as a present for Christmas . On checking the workings of the phone we found that the Ringer couldn't be turned down lower and was on Loud permanently. We returned the item and got a replacement, but this time the Ringer didn't work at all. We decided to get a refund after that. It was a shame really as the phone was nice looking and would have made a nice present.

The only fault with this is the ring tone I expected an authentic tone and it's a modern trill tone

As other reviews stated you cannot change the ring tone down it is loud .No problem with numbers as previous customer reviewed .i am very pleased with the telephone
