Q: Truthfully, will this thing make it easier for me to move a refridgerator from the garage into the house and down into the basement?

I bought it to move a wood burner up a flight of stairs and didn't think it helped and more than a regular dolly. Later someone told me they have different sizes wheels for different sizes stairs. Perhaps it wasn't a match.

Q: what is the warranty terms???

I don’t know what warrenty is. I am going to purchase another one we really like it.
