Would Buy Again
Assembly Required..I think it took me about 40min. Very happy w/how rigid/study/lite weight this hand truck is...great for moving items up and down the basement stairs. the 6 wheel design smoothes the ride for the load over rugs & uneven floors...Would Buy Again.

Functions well, makes stairs much easier

Stair dolly moved everything
Way better than the dolly in the moving truck. Hauled tons of stuff up the stairs. Just kinda tricky with turns on the wheels but other than that-saved me on a move that was bigger than I realized!

Four star faux pax
Wow! This takes two sets of hands and probably a full hour of your time to assemble. Why you ask? There are no directions. What happens when you look at the diagram of enclosed parts is, what order of part goes first second and so forth. You have to manipulate four holes on the bottom to line up and four holes with parts to line up on top. If someone can figure out a fast way to do that, especially if you attempt to solo assemble, the time could be reduced significantly. The self tightening bolts are really not. The quality appears to be similar to a folding aluminum ladder, it’s very light weight, the size is similar to a regular dolly. As to performance and maneuverability , I will have to update once the cramps from body contortion assembly goes away and I can actually load it with something to haul up the stairs- the reason I purchased it to begin with, so if they accept this honest review, I’ll update later.UPDATE: this stair climbing dolly is actually worth the time it took to assemble! Not only do I find it very handy, but my husband uses it more than our standard dolly now. So, if you can get someone to lend a second pair of hands to assemble, you should be pleased with the functionality of this one, I am very satisfied.

Problem with wheels
Im in construction and I love stair climbing trucks. I dislike the WHEELS on this one for two reasons. I owned stair claiming trucks before and left or right turn was effortless and easy.On this truck the wheels are made of some binding rubber that will not slide at all during turn thus requiring a lot of strenght applied to do the turn.2nd problem is that the open space between the WHEELS is two wide for this size wheels and the metal part of the wheel frame makes contact with the step nosing scraping the clear coat and gouging the wood.3rd problem I emailed the seller to reconcile this somehow, i.e. get a set of larger wheels, but no one replied.4th Problem - the pivot point (other words the weightlessness point of the laod) is in a bad location, nearly the top, where on good design it is typically more towards deeper backwords tilt allowing for better comfort and control. Other then the above items, I like the frame for the tall height.I would work with the manufacturer to help get these issues resolved.

Works but not for the weight it states
I purchased to move a heavy item since it said over 500 pounds. I would not recommend for any heavy items you want to move up or down stairs. The stair function is clunky and not easy. A regular dolly works better.

I wish it came assembled, but after the effort, this is a great dolly.
This came in a smaller box than I expected, I thought this would come assembled. Meh, I assembled it while watching some TV in maybe 15 minutes.Going up and down stairs is great, works just like the ones I've seen on videos. The triple wheels just rotate between stairs and you get a very smooth movement. This dolly seems solidly built, beyond my expectations. My mom saw me use this, and now she wants one too.The next evolution in dollies.

Works good once assembled
Great item once got it together. Pretty drilled holes wasn't completely drilled out completely. Had to finish drilling out a couple of them.
