These lights are straight up amazing. COB lights are a true marvel & these up that with the built in battery. While i agree with everyone & wish they added a vmount adapter or something, what we have here is a pretty neat product that ive used on every production since i bought them!

As a content creator, having reliable and adaptable lighting is paramount, and this light delivers on all fronts.Firstly, the build quality is impressive. It feels robust and durable like the studio lights that I have set up in my podcast studio. The compact size is a plus, making it highly portable. Its COB (Chip-on-Board) technology ensures powerful and consistent lighting output, providing ample brightness for various shooting scenarios.The adjustable color temperature and brightness settings offer incredible flexibility, allowing me to fine-tune the light to achieve the perfect lighting for any scene/situation. Whether I need warm tones or cool tones, this light easily adapts to my needs.I particularly appreciate the versatility of mounting options that the SmallRig RC 60B offers with lighting tripod mount or the rubberized grip mount. I did have to spend extra directly from the SmallRig site and purchase the compatible diffuser, but until I receive the diffuser, I have a panel from another diffuser I have attached to the reflector with a rubberband. I also bought an Anker Prime PowerBank A1336 that can output the necessary 100W to provide steady power to the battery in the light without skipping a beat during filming. I like Anker powerbank products, so I went with theirs although its design doesn't quite fit in the powerbank holder that comes with the RC 60B. There are plenty of cables that come with this light, so you don't necessarily need to go out and buy something else. There's a short one to connect from the powerbank to the light when mounted and longer one that gives you some ability to plug directly into a 100W AC adapter, which I also bought from Anker (Anker 317).Overall, this video light from SmallRig is a fantastic investment for videographers and content creators seeking professional-grade lighting solutions. Great little unit for a wedding videographer like me. Wish it came with the softbox.

It's a great light aesthetically, fun to use, limited battery life, but can grip a V-mount for extra usage.

The brightness from this little box is stunning, and it's incredibly easy to dial the brightness and color temperature up and down. For years, I've been "stealing" the 50W LED fiber-optic illuminator from my microscope to light my macro shots. This 60W SmallRig light is brighter and more adaptable for photography. I don't shoot much video, but it would be even better in that realm. I also love the capacious built-in battery and the fact that the lamp can run continuously when plugged into a high-output USB power source, the kinds I already have for fast charging my phones and tablet. With the included case and mounting options, this little bit of kit is a class act. I love it.
