Colorful and interactive balancing scale
I love that this scale is made from wood. It was very easy to assemble and since receiving it my children love experimenting with the weight of various objects. It is a little finnicky as the plates are on the smaller side so you're limited to the types of objects you can experiment with. Overall, I think this is a great scale for 5-8 year olds. The scale itself is made well and is set at a good value.

The concept is great but the pieces fall off of scale plates too easily.

Cannot keep the scales on the beam
We have had trouble with every piece of this not being able to stay in place. The small weights meant to balance the actual scale do not stay attached every time you touch the scales they fall right off and the support will not stay upright. You can keep it all together. There’s lots of fun to have but have been pretty frustrated instead
