I just got this and literally couldn’t wait to try it. Shipping was fast (thankfully, because I was checking the tracking every day), and the moment it arrived, I packed it straight into my swim bag. Took it to class the same day—and WOW. The sound is crystal clear underwater, and it actually works exactly like it says. My coach was able to give me real-time feedback while I swam, which completely changed how I trained. It felt like having someone right there with me, stroke by stroke. The fit was super comfortable too, and I barely noticed it once I got going. Honestly, I’m beyond impressed. Best training tool I’ve picked up in a long time!

The receiver won’t charge . I had it for six months- used it three times on vacation with my kid - it was a wonderful experience but that it is - three uses and it just won’t charge. I love the technology and I can’t wait until it is functional - but this is just to expensive for 3 time experience.

We purchased a puck and receiver set for each of our children to use with their swim coach. One of our swimmers has unilateral hearing loss, so having direct communication with the coach has been invaluable in helping him stay engaged and understand instructions. Our other swimmer benefits from real-time feedback, making this product fantastic for their needs.However, we’ve encountered some issues that required contacting customer support, which unfortunately hasn’t been the most positive experience:One of the walkie-talkies became stuck on voice-activated mode, which drained the battery, caused the device to overheat in the coach’s hand, and allowed the swimmer to hear unintended instructions.The devices don’t retain their programmed channels after being turned off, meaning they revert to the default channel (a "party line") and must be reprogrammed before each swim session.While we’re pleased with the concept and its impact on our swimmers, the performance could be improved to address these issues.

I had no idea how much I needed this until I started using it. As a swimmer, getting real-time feedback has always been a challenge, but this completely changed that. My coach can give me instructions while I’m swimming, and I don’t have to stop every few laps to get corrections. The bone conduction works really well—I can hear everything clearly without anything blocking my ears, and the metronome feature is a great bonus for keeping my pace. It’s lightweight, stays in place, and is super easy to use. Honestly, I wish I had this years ago. If you’re serious about improving your technique, this is a game changer.

The media could not be loaded. we got this for my brother who has down syndrome. He Has profound hearing loss and can barely hear with his hearing aids. He loves to swim, and we got this to help communicate with him on his strokes . We tested it on land first and it was amazing. He could hear everything we were saying immediately. Then we tested in the water and couldn’t believe how well it worked. I would definitely recommend!

I have had this system for some time and have had no issues with it.My only thing is that I wish it came with a microphone. Trying to find one to work with it.

Purchased this 4 months ago and the speaker unit is no longer charging. I've used this maybe 6-7 times with my swimmer and charging no longer happens. Quite disappointing. I've tried different charger for the USB cable and nothing. I'm going to contact them but we shall see how they handle this.UPDATE: Contacted the seller and instead of taking responsibility of handling the 1 year warranty, they have asked me to go through AMAZON. Far as I can tell, its the charging cable.

As a swim coach , I found this tool helpful, especially for beginners during swim drills and long distance lap swimming . It aids in maintaining their focus and correcting body position . Working with SONR is strait forward for me as Im familiar with similar units. The only potential challenge for new coaches might be connecting the receiver with the correct channel on the radio, as it requires pressing buttons in both the radio and the receiver
