I have severe knee pain after chemo treatments 2 years ago. It attacked all my joints but my left knee the worst as it had the worst arthritis. Anyway, lately it’s been very hard to get a good night’s sleep as every time I shifted my leg, the pain it caused in my knee woke me up and kept me awake.With this pad supporting my knee, I have been sleeping comfortably throughout the night and I’m in less pain in the morning.The support allows a slight flex in my knee joint that is just enough without being bulky . Very good quality pillows, bought them to serve as bumpers for baby changing station, perfect level of height, took a minute to fully inflate, because them came compressed, but massaging them helped to fluff up faster, very soft, I can see using them later on for other purposes.

I have problems with my low back and hips. I sleep on my back and both sides because it hurts to stay one way for very long. I used to use a regular pillow because it worked all directions, but it's not great for under my knees because they're too thick. I've tried several ergonomic pillows, but if they're good on my side they aren't good on my back, and visa-versa. This one is the only one that's worked for me in all directions. It's long enough to cushion my knees and ankles on my side, and narrow enough to fit nicely just under my knees when I'm laying on my back. I'm only 5'3" so my other problem is that many pillows are too tall or thick. This pillow is just right. It's a little softer than I normally like, but it makes it more comfortable on my knees when I'm on my side. The price is reasonable. I only wish I could buy a pillowcase made for it.

This was a perfect fit for my wife's chair. Provided excellent support. Just a little softer than I expected but still firm enough to add the needed lift.

These work great for me. I have a lift recliner that has a wooden “bar” along the inside lower area of arms.I placed those along the inside of the arms. Works good. I used queen pillowcases to make washable covers .

I thought i was going to be sorely disappointed when I opened the box for this pillow as it was a very small box. However, once I let it sit for 2 days (the instructions say 1 but I forgot after the first day) it plumped up well and to the fully advertised size. My biggest complaint is that the foam responds to weight on it and when using it to elevate my ankle for my PT on my knee, it only works for the first few minutes, and then my leg is no longer elevated as the foam starts to flatten. If I take my foot off and give it about 10-15 minutes, it does go back to the original size and i can start over again. Not ideal, but workable.

SO soft! It's the perfect amount of squishy. I sleep with this weird thing every night and I love it. Other reviewers said it was too soft, but as a 5 foot two 150ish lb woman, it's great for me.

The pillow itself is great… it’s a nice size for me (may be too small for some) and very soft. Unfortunately it didn’t really work for my achilles problem as I had hoped. I used the pillow closer to my heels rather than behind my knees and ended up with sore shins in the morning. I do use it occasionally, but not every night as I was hoping.
