Wow, this is a top quality OTDR fiber optic tester in my opinion! I have used other testers in the past, and this is on par with the name brands that are much more expensive. The display is nice and bright and easy to read, and the touchscreen is very responsive. The menu is intuitive to navigate, and I like that the unit can easily be integrated with Android or Windows based devices for results and tracking. I also like that all the most needed accessories were included as well as a handy storage/carrying case. Overall, I am very impressed with this product, so it earns my five star blessing and recommendation for sure!

The Fiber OTDR Tester is a very handy tool at a economical price.Looking forward to using this easy to use tool in the field saving me time and money..It did take several days for it to be delivered but it was very well packed and arrived intact.

I’ve got to be honest this thing is probably way out of my league. I’ve just done basic testing and this thing seems to do just about everything, but there are some caveats that I’ve noticed that are worth mentioningthe first one is it has no lights source generators so it seems designed to test cables already in place but the whole point of testing the cables is to do so before you install them so I’m not exactly sure what the value is. This probably requires a very specific separate signal generator to test them before installation.The second caveat is you need to make sure you select the proper model and range for the signals that you need to test for. And this is where I think I’m a bit out of my wheelhouse. This looks like a very serious and well-made piece of equipment and I can definitely vouch for the build quality and the functions, but I think you’re looking for something that requires a very experienced advanced fiber optic technician to be able to use. It does not come with a tutorial.I figure if you are putting out the kind of money that this thing costs, though you probably know what you’re doing. I thought I did until I received it and realized wow there’s a lot that I don’t know.But one thing I know generally are serious tools in this looks like a serious tool.

This is amazing, it does everything that others twice the price do. It's easy to use, the learning curve was quick and I can't say how happy I am with this.Overall, this purchase perfectly matches its description and I am extremely satisfied with the product.
