Love the light on it so you can see the dirt on the floor. Had no issues with delivery or packaging. Great product. I may even order a second as a spair.

Fits perfectly, works perfectly. Very glad I bought this as my hardwood floors were getting marked up (not fully scratched, but marked) by the regular head.

One star for a light, which helps a lot while vacuuming. I didn’t know how much it actually helps till I switched to this attachment form the original one. An additional star for making the vacuuming somehow more quiet. Two more stars for compatibility and agile swirling making it easier to maneuver around the furniture. However, minus one star for affecting the suction as I am noticing the dust and crunches being left behind.

I feel like the carpet brush does better than the soft brush on hardwood floors. I’m considering sending it back.

This head is much cheaper than an OEM replacement, and offers an LED light, which is a great addition. However, the price and light are overshadowed by the heads lackluster performance. I bought the Dyson for its superior suction, and when I attach this head the suction is greatly reduced. After using it for a few months, it’s becoming more and more apparent that I’ll need to go back to an OEM head that was engineered to be used with this vacuum.

The media could not be loaded. I like the fact this replacement head has a light on it so you can see what you were vacuuming up. I was really surprised by how much dirt and hair I missed vacuuming earlier today with my old Vacuum head. This replacement had amazing and I highly recommend.
