I bought it for my scalp dermatitis. It reduced itching, cleans well. Plus a small quantity generates good lather so no need to use a large amount of shampoo as with other brands. I don't have dandruff so can't comment its effectiveness on it but i think i will definitely help in that too as it has climbazole which is antifungal which kills fungus causing dandruff. Smell is nice. Hair feels smooth after washing but you need to apply a bit of oil after shampooing to prevent dryness and frizz. I would suggest you to go for it.
