Just follow the directions and it works, never used such a device before and still I was able to figure it out.

Not worth the money.
This is not nearly as easy to use as it sounds in the description. I was backing up my photos from my google photos account and it was interrupted, closing out of the backup screen. Now I can’t get it to load any of the photos from google again so I can finish backing them up. And the support/faq pages are a joke; absolutely no help there. And when I messaged them, I just get an automated response with the same information every time . I followed the instructions multiple times and it still didn’t work. I am not impressed with this product at all.
