Over priced, over hyped
It helps keep the bowl cleaner but not clean. You have to reapply it frequently and even then there often will be spots remaining after flushing. I wouldn't buy this even if the price were reduced 90%. At more than $36 it's definitely a waste of money.

Better than other “ceramic” coatings. Not perfect.
We moved into a place with older water efficient toilets. There are times where tissue paper just sticks to the side of the wall as opposed to biological material. I tried other ceramic coating which did nothing. I read that the LESS coating actually came out of university research which was licensed out and thought I would give it a try. It doesn’t result in a complete non-stick surface by any means, but while the other ceramic coating had no appreciable difference, this one did help the paper slide down more often.

Interesting, not recommended
Interesting product. Was intrigued by the many online reviews, including NYT Wirecutter.Definitely creates a slicker surface, similar to waxing your car. In my opinion, did not really make a difference in terms of keeping the bowl cleaner. A rather pricey experiment. Also tried spray on Rain X, that seemed to work equally well. Assuming it will not last as long.If I go, the next step, will try the same ceramic coating that I use on my car. A bit more problematic to apply by hand versus spray. Potentially much cheaper, and a much smaller release of chemicals.

Not as expected
Doesn’t work as well as we were led to believe. There are better options like the gel stamps for the sides of the toilet. We were disappointed. High price, but doesn't last that long. Emptied the water from the bowl, dried it, and applied as directed- but it really didn’t work for us. Maybe for a toilet that gets less use? Ours is used by 4 adults.

Doesn't work
This makes cleaning a little easier; but I don't think that it helps keeping the toilet clean. I don't see much of a difference. Too expensive to work so poorly.

Used as directed, it's amazing at preventing toilet water line staining!
According to the municipal water company, an orange stain at the waterline in our main bathroom toilet is caused by a harmless bacterium named Serratia Marcescens. The basement bathroom toilet, on the other hand, gets a black ring at the waterline due to infrequency of use. Both toilets show these colored "stains" at the waterline just a week after cleaning. I followed the directions for this toilet coating, cleaning toilets so they were spotless, then flushed and used the toilet brushes to push as much water out as possible. I let the surface of the bowl above the water dry completely and used paper towels to ensure it was very dry. Then I applied the toilet coating as directed. Image 1 is the main toilet after 3 weeks - no hint of the orange stain! And image 2 is the basement toilet after 3 weeks - no black line developing at the waterline. This is a pricey product but nothing else I know of inhibits or prevents the appearance of the waterline "stains." I will buy again and have already told several friends about how well it works.

Waste of money
You must empty the toilet of water, dry it, then spray the product and we still get stains. It is a waste of money!
