I busted the screen on my Note 20 Ultra almost 3 years ago and all the service shops said they could not replace the screen and that it is trashed, So I jumped into an Iphone 13 and dreaded the IOS proprietary handcuffs ever since. Then I decidewd to look around on You Tube to see if I could fix it myself and what did I find?; A bunch of data on how to fix it. This phone was so new when I broke it, that You Tube didn't have any tutorials and service centers couldnt fix it either. Then I went hunting on Amazon and stumbled across this vendor. I had a few questions before purchasing and they were fast in responding as well as helping me along the way with 5G vs 4G concerns. The customer service was so good, that I trusted them and went ahead and spent the money to test my skills. It showed up exactly as advertised. Packaged really well, and had all the necessities less a heatgun and adhesive to rebuild the phone. I already had a heat gun and adhesive I ordered ala carte when I bought the replacement. Found me a video that worked well with my comprehension skills and it took me a little over an hour and this phone is like brand new. The vendor delivered as promise and the product was in outstanding condition. Defintely BETTER THAN I COULD IMAGINE. Being that my Iphone 13 was the last IOS using a SIM card; I just put the SIM in my Samsung and I am back into my droid with no more IOS handcuffs to deal with.

Do not recommend if you are looking for an OEM screen. The screen does not wrap around as shown in pictures and you will not see that until you have moved all components from your phone to this screen so return is impractical. Beware. If you are just looking for a cheap fix and that is not a concern then have at it.

The media could not be loaded. Works perfectly and fit just like the OEM screen, I can't tell for certain but it does look like OLED, at least to the naked eye. Overall very easy to install and everything works perfectly.

The product is well-packaged and fits well when installed. However, the digital screen does not extend to the corners, leaving a black border around the display where no content is shown.

Screen is great! Not as high resolution as oem, but quite nice for a lot less.The only issue is with the included screen protector, which for me has a really odd circle in the middle bottom. No idea why. I can't peel it off and it isn't bumpy.Overall I'm pretty happy though.But seller, could you maybe send me a new screen protector?

Was delivered on time and easy to install in the clarity was great and it's already broken again because my wife is something so I'm sure we'll be ordering another one.
