5 ⭐️I’ve been taking mullein for a couple of months now. I usually use drops or capsules so decided to try gummies. The texture is soft and easy to chew, and they have a pleasant, mild flavour—nothing overpowering. I chose them to support my respiratory health, and while it’s still early, I’ve noticed I’m a bit less congested in the mornings. I appreciate that they’re plant-based and don’t contain artificial colours. Overall, a good addition to my supplement routine. Good to see 45 days supply and great value

The awkward thing about mullein is its something that most people are not that sure of despite its apparent usefulness with things that would help breathing like anti-inflammation and mucus thinning so its interesting that these gummies choose to add other things alongside it as if it were mullein by itself the dosage would probably just be 1 gummy instead of 2 though the effect would certainly be different considering one of its extra ingredients is also known for dealing with phlegm and mucus. Ashwa being added to basically everything though is a little odd.That aside thanks to some sugar they aren't bad in terms of taste despite not having a specified flavour of some kind and I can appreciate that it actually specifies the amount which oddly is a thing a lot of other gummies don't actually do. Can't deny that my breathing has not been negatively effected by these and has been relatively good though I doubt the effectiveness of the so called cleansing that mullein is supposed to be able to do. I suppose that if you are a mullein believer and want to explore different ways of taking it this is one of the options even if I personally am a fan of teas.

I've been taking Mullein for years but wanted a change in how I take it dailly.I usually take it in drops. I saw these and wanted to try a new way. So far so good. They taste great and have a long supply of 45 days. Really easy to take dailly. The added Ashwagandha, Bromelain and Quercetin is certainly a bonus.

I am often out of breath and feel like my lungs are ready tyo explode from even mild physical exertion. Basically I'm somewhat unhealthy and of course having lungs that don't want to work doesn't help the situation and so down the spiral we go.Have been using these gummies and of late I think I am seeing some improvements. Might just be in my mind but I don't seem to be having as much hoarseness in my breathing and my lungs don't hurt as much. Hopefully it's these making the difference, but I would certainly suggetst you try some to see if they help you too. Doesn't hurt that they are very soft and delicious as well :)

After a week or so of taking I haven't noticed any benefit. However they taste nice, easy to swallow and have cute bear designs

These gummies are nice and very easy to take. They come in a well sealed bottle with safety lid for kids. The expiry date is on the bottom of the bottle, 2 years which is a bonus.Very good product
