This black trim restorer spray has completely transformed the look of my car! Hoping this product would restore the black plastic pieces on the exterior of my car. My two year old car hasn't been driven in over a year and is kept covered in a climate controlled warehouse. I should have saved my money and used plain water, it would have worked just as well.

Cons -1) This is first one is about the shipping. Amazon put the manufacturers box in an shipping envelope thus the box was crushed in shipping.2) The spray nozzle is terrible. I wound up using another spray bottle.Pros1) It works pretty good. It took 3 coats to get an okay look.2) For the price, it preformed decent.I probably will not buy again. These panels come off a 2007 Chevy AvalancheLeft to right... not coated, one coat, two coats.

Seems to do a decent job at cleaning up black trim. Spray nozzle sucks, maybe spray onto a rag if trying to use with precision. Gave a good clean to what I tried it on without giving it a mirror like shine that I don't want on my interior. Not much here but the price seems reflective of what you get. No complaints from me.

I bought this to use on my 2004 Mini Cooper with badly faded trim [it had never been "restored"]. Anyhow, after 3 coats the trim isn't quite black yet - and there are white spots which remain stubbornly white. [I think these are from previous wax or polish jobs that spilled over onto the trim.] It's asking a lot to try to restore 20 year old trim, so I shouldn't be too critical, and this product probably works well with newer cars.

The bottle comes along with a spray nozzle and a yellow sponge. A little goes a long way. It is an easy and quick way to fix any faded paint job for your car. It has been one week since I used it and it looks great.
