Overall it’s a decent cage for my chinchillas. If you’re looking to get something quick this isn’t the cage for you. Shipping took a bit which was fine for me. Some of the pieces arrived damaged but still usable. The instructions come only in their respective language. I had seen this in another review and was prepared for this. I tried using the QR codes on the instructions as the other review said there was a video to help put it together. Both QR codes lead me to what I believe was a juice commercial followed by a game show and it was in their respective language. We tried using Google translate which was helpful for the screw sizes but still provided minimal instruction. My husband eventually got it together. A couple of the screw holes did not line up properly. Again, overall a decent cage and my chinchillas seem happy in it.

I got this product because the last cage I got off of Amazon had too many windows completed with chicken wire so the clean up was an absolute nightmare. This cage appears to be much more manageable and less likely to get damaged as fast. Now for the assembly part. Its pretty simple to put together. I built this all by myself at 33 weeks pregnant. The only issue was that the instructions are in another language, unfortunately I don't know how to read it. They do have a QR code which will link you to a video but I personally would not download the app for it. You can still watch the video without downloading anything. The person giving the instructions, once again, is explaining everything in their own respective language but just watch the video and follow along. You should be able to build this in approximately one hour or less. Now as far as the product handle and delivery. I would say mine was unfortunately poor. As you can see from the photos there was a lot of damages on the product, more than likely due to its transportation. Over all the cage works well enough so far. It does fit into a small space and my chinchilla seems to like it. I would say it's worth the price. Only time will tell though. Best of luck if you purchase this product!

Took a long time to arrive and instructions didn't offer English, cooling box is just an icepack sitting on cheap metal with holes, sharp edges. May need to cover the slats in the bottom to protect small feet from getting injured. Otherwise, this cage looks sturdy, easy to clean and secure.

VERY LITTLE AIR FLOW - so sad for the chinchilla, not worth the "look" which is okay.
