Decent emulator hardware, not the best implementation
First off... this is NOT a mobile gaming system you're going to hand to a kid to play old games on without some serious work on your part. I think that's important to get out of the way up front. What you are getting is pretty decent hardware for a mobile emulator setup. Nice screen and the buttons feel really solid and have great response. It's not the most powerful system, with the core bits being a few years old but for older (and I mean older) games it works just fine. The SD card makes loading things a bit tricky... You'll want to do a little research on which emulators to use, etc for various file types.

Broken item being replaced!
I was hoping to retro game and my device came in non functional. I reached out to the seller and they are sending me a new one and fast with no issues or anything. They replied fast to my problem and are fixing it. Very pleased

No Micro SD card in the box on arrival.
Showed up on time without the memory card. Not in the system and clear case was completely empty.

Game On.
I love every thing about this game system. It's definitely worth the money I paid for it. it has a bunch of games preloaded and can add more. it's a perfect size to fit in you pocket and take anywhere. the quality was well thought out.

I bought this for PS2, Dreamcast games and it lagged half the time
There are plenty of great similar handhelds that can run Super Nintendo, NES, Sega Genesis and systems like Nintendo 64 for a much better price. I specifically bought this unit because of the bigger screen and the suggestion that it could handle systems such as Dreamcast and PS2. It simply only works on those systems maybe half of the games at best and freezes up on others.

i wish i could have given it more stars
I wish i could have given it more stars, but the overall experience feels really dated, the os is older and while it does have the play store on this model, the overall ergonomics feel off. the display resolution feels really small considering the size of the display.
