I don’t think I’ve left a review on Amazon in over 6 years but this reformer is worth the time. First of all, the packaging—impeccable. Second, just wow (!) what a quality machine. The build is sturdy, and the reformer came nearly fully put together. Once we got it out of the crate, we unhinged the latches and it easily folded out. A few parts to screw in and adjust, and you’re all set. The whole set up took less than 30 minutes, unpacking included. I really appreciated the durable packaging of all parts. It was nice to receive something so well taken care of, considering the mode of transportation and hefty price tag.Now, a word about the esthetic of this reformer. It’s beautiful and looks very, very high end. The colors are gorgeous, and every piece is very durable and high quality. The upholstery is padded so it’s soft and supportive, and the headrest area is wide enough for both my Pilates legs to fit through flat (yay, no more crossing!). The carriage is wide and comfortable. This reformer is also virtually silent, no spring noise and silent carriage. I love everything about this reformer and I can’t recommend it enough.A male family member (6’3”) tried it and was able to use comfortably. I’m 5’6, and found it ideal, as well. It’s just a magnificent reformer and if you’re serious about Pilates, this is an investment that will pay for itself in less than a year.I can’t say it’s super heavy, two people lifted it easily, and then we rolled it onto the attached wheels, so it’s not that big of issue to us.Truly, it’s an investment, but I would purchase again and again—worth the money.

So far I’m loving the reformer! It’s smooth and quiet. The only weak point may be where it folds as one side of mine had a tiny bend but it doesn’t affect function. It’s shipped thoughtfully and well packaged. Pretty easy to set up!

The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of research looking for a reformer. There were some that were more expensive and some that were less. Even though there weren’t a ton of reviews the quality the reviews expressed about this machine convinced me.It’s a great price and a beautiful machine. I absolutely love it and use it almost daily. The communication was excellent. The only issue I had was trying to open it. Every other review talked about how easy it was. I definitely struggled. I ended up going to Home Depot and getting a pry bar. That had a hammer did wonders getting the latches open. I also had to have a second person lift it out of the box. The set up is super easy.This is a top notch machine great value worth every dollar.

I am super happy with this purchase which allows me to continue my pilates practice from the comfort of my home. Making this more accessible is amazing. It was easy to put together and the customer service has been great. I gave it 4 stars as it is not as easy to fold up as I would have hoped it would be easier, however the machine is heavy, which makes it super sturdy so not a bad thing. I am really happy with this purchase

This reformer is simply amazing.The build quality is very sturdy. While it is very heavy due to the high quality materials used to build it, it can be folded and moved around very easily thanks to its wheels. The machine comes pre-assembled and you only have to install the accessories and the ropes, which I got done in 5 minutes. The carriage runs incredibly smooth and the padding is very high end and comfortable for those long classes.This reformer is worth every penny!

I absolutely love this Pilates reformer machine! I recently began a teacher training program, and it has been perfect for my needs. It's incredibly sturdy, and the assembly was a breeze. It’s doing an excellent job supporting my practice, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

The media could not be loaded. Ive been taking pilates for about 8 months. I love it, but unfortunately the classes where getting a bit expensive. After a lot of research on what would be a good reformer for at home pilates this specific reformer came up. After ready all the reviews i decided to purchase it. I love the color, and how fast i was able to assemble it. The box it comes in is wood so you do need a hammer to take it apart, which as no problem since the box is meant to keep the reformer safe while getting shipped. I had a few questions and called the customer service number. I left a voicemail and got a call in less than 2 minutes!. The Customer service was amazing. I love my reformer. Highly recommend this reformer!. Very affordable for the quality!. Definitely worth it!
