Very nice comfortable garden furniture
We’ve had this product for six weeks or so and it’s very nice,however I noticed yesterday that there’s a break in the rattan on one of the seats.we won’t be sending it back as it would be too much hassle and hopefully it won’t get any worse

Excellent product and customer service
I highly recommended this product. It arrived very quickly via DPD courier, it was a relief that I came fully assembled except for the legs. Lightweight yet sturdy. Very easy to assemble the legs and love the combinations possible with seating. An OUTSTANDING after sale customer service too, as one cushion cover was slightly stained and they have very kindly and promptly offered me a voucher or a replacement. Top!

Sadly one item was damaged, likely careless transportation from couriers but they soon had me a replacement. Overall extremely satisfied and looks great. For the money it’s a great set. Mrs loves it on these autumn nights in front of the wood burner

useless cushions,slip from under you
the glass was wrapped if thin card,all glass shattered,missing screws and cushions move from under you ,so sit still.apparently cushions are pink,they are cream.

I was pleasantly surprised when this item arrived. Some reviews mentioned that the cushions can look a little pink? Not quite sure where that has come from as my cushions are certainly cream. It comes fully assembled 🙌🏼 It literally just needs the ‘feet’ putting on, that’s it! Customer service was fabulous as I queried how many boxes I’d receive, which mine came in 2 large boxes. I can’t recommend this Garden sofa set enough for the price and excellent customer service!
