These citrus bergamot pills were of good quality in my opinion based on the potential benefits and ease of taking them. The capsules were easy to swallow and did not have a harsh taste to them. I have only been taking them for about 2 weeks now so the effectiveness is still undetermined, but I can report back if it is a total waste of money and time. As of right now, I am not disappointed with the capsule size, smell, or taste.

In general, bergamot oil has a wonderful aroma and is great for reducing anxiety and increasing mental alertness so is often used in fragrance products.This Citrus Bergamot blend has the added benefit of niacin, black choke Berry, and black pepper.I thought I would give this a try and have been taking this before my next check-up with the doctor which will include bloodwork for cholesterol.

These pills are a size that's easy to swallow. As others have noted, these are a lot less expensive than similar products on the market. Overall recommended!

All with either complementary, or additional possible benefits.The bottle is well labeled with the manufacturer, their licenses, contact information, as well as batch number, manufacture date and expriation date. Many manufacturers of supplements fail to include all of this information, so credit to Saikou for standing out here.There is not a very strong odor or taste to these. Goes down easy. A 30 day supply is included. I have yet to really see much in terms of benefits, but I have not noticed any side effects. Something always possible with a new supplement in your diet.Really interesting blend of supplements, with lots of benefits, from a company that cares enough to inform their buyers. I'd highly recommend giving this supplement a try
