Cholesterol Supplements with Plant Sterols, Niacin, Red Yeast Rice, Bergamot, Omega-3 & Garlic - Max Absorption - 90 Softgels

I choose this product after reading the reviews and because I wanted a natural alternative to statin use. They are large but easy to swallow. I purchased these at the end of 2024 and now nearly mid 2025 I can say I sold. I love the impact on my lab values. I’m not the best pill taker but apparently its a bit forgiving as I make more organic changes in lifestyle. I would say give it 3 months or so to see real changes it’s working and I’m relieved.

Doctor wanted to put me on cholesterol medicine. Decided to try this, change my diet, severely cut back alcohol, and step up intensity of workout regimen. I’ve been taking this product for about two months now and have not gotten bloodwork yet. Even if it’s lower it would be hard to contribute solely to this supplement with all the variable changes. This review is mostly about the experience taking the supplement. They are big but go down easy. I didn’t experience any upset stomach or nausea whatsoever. Also did not experience any gross burps or smells that you may get from other omega supplements like fish oil or krill oil. Overall positive experience so far!

I had bloodwork done a few months ago and discovered my LDLs had gone from borderline to high even though I eat right, exercise and do all the right things. I’m not statin level yet so I decided to look for a cholesterol lowering supplement. I wanted something that contained natural ingredients proven to lower cholesterol. This product contains many/most of the ingredients I was seeking…Niacin, Red Yeast Rice Extract, garlic extract, Bergamot, tumeric, black pepper, green tea, plant sterols, and even Omega-3s for heart health! I’ve almost finished my second bottle and recently had a follow up blood test which showed I’m back down below the borderline. Yay!!

I'm only giving a 4 star at this time because I haven't been able to have my cholesterol re-checked after trying this particular brand, but just in comparing the ingredients and their amounts, it seems at least as good and most likely better than the previous one I was using; so I'm very optimistic. I will also add these soft gels are a bit large but very easy to swallow due to their coating. They have no taste or smell, so no issues with that and no side effects at all. I will update my post after I have updated blood work. If these work well, I will absolutely continue.

Serving size is 3 large pills but pretty easy to swallow all at once for me. Have not had any trouble taking the pills and I’m ready to re-up. Was looking for an alternative supplement with the ingredients I need to help keep my cholesterol down at a fraction of the cost of the name brand one everyone is used to taking and paying for. Why pay more?

So far it has been a great experience. These supplements are all natural and they pack a power house of ingredients. I am trying to avoid a statin and I’m hoping with these supplements plus diet and exercise I can get it under control. Better to be natural. They are on the larger size but I have no problem with them and there is no aftertaste at all. No smell and no taste.

This cholesterol supplements has worked wonders for me. I went to get my blood work done and the results were rather disappointing. My cholesterol levels were very high, over 200. My doctor said that it was concerning, and that they wanted to medicate me. I said no, and decided to look for different alternative and came across this supplement. Itharoventis Cholesterol supplements has done wonders for my cholesterol levels. It's now down over 40 point. Life saver!! It's amazing how different I feel. Get it!!

These really seem to work! I've tried a few different supplements after my doctor told me I had to watch my cholesterol, and these are easy to swallow and have no real taste to them. I've felt better and my energy levels have been up, so I feel like they're definitely doing something! The only negative for some people might be that you have to take three at once, but that's never been an issue for me. I'm definitely going to continue using them.
