Yes, there is one HDMI port, however you cannot achieve full native (2560x1600) resolution through that connection. With HDMI, you can only reach 1920x1080. You need DVI-D to reach full native resolution.

Q: I saw some comments that Dell does not cover the monitor under its 3yr warranty if this is purchased from Amazon. Is this accurate?

Incorrect. Amazon LLC is an authorized reseller and Dell honors the full 3yr warranty. When shipped from Dell to Amazon, the product is initially "registered" to Amazon, so the first step is to transfer the product into your name. This can be done via Dell support "chat", or can be done on your Dell online support account by simply adding the Monitor's Service Tag to your list of products and services. Note that Dell will only provide you with "replacements" -- you cannot get a "refund" from Dell for a monitor purchased from Amazon. So within 30 days, if you want a refund or exchange it is easiest to go through Amazon. After 30 days, Dell will provide full 3 year warranty support the same as if it was purchased from Dell directly. (Note: These comments apply to Dell products "sold by" Amazon LLC, and may not apply to other resellers operating through Amazon as they may or may not be authorized Dell resellers.)

Q: I received A04 versions which should be good news. Anybody notice ghosting after leaving a static image on the desktop? Is this IPS issue or Dell?

I have not seen such images. So far it's been a great monitor, although I didn't get the full max benefit until I started using DisplayPort cable (Mini-DP to DP). Then clarity, resolution, everything opened up.

just received a02, ordered from amazon, Jan 8, 2014. customer service promised that the replacement will be a3.
