go getcha' ya some!
oh dang! these are the best breakdown sticks on the market. if you have the "baseball bat" model, you should like these better. the longer style is just a tad longer. you don't have to worry about these being wok sticks used for cooking. the length on these is ideal. and they won't roll off the table like the baseball bats. some other things i enjoy about this design is the case is cotton instead of the nylon one the other model comes with. the natural color of the case is nice as well. the bamboo tips screw into the brass plugs so they don't rattle around inside the metal pieces. nice touch, snow peak! and, the bamboo just feels better in the mouth compared to the hardwood of the baseball bats. expensive yes but if you can find these a little lower than MSRP, buy them. you won't regret the purchase!

Love these so much
I really love these. They look elegant, are a good weight and very ergonomic, and they break down to be 4 inches long, so they fit in my bento box. The price point is the only negative factor, but it was worth it. They are a pleasure to use. One note: When you unscrew the bamboo tips from the metal upper, you should then screw the tips into the square brass top cap before you insert the bamboo tips into the metal upper for storage. That'll keep the bamboo tips from rattling around.

Great Product!
I already have an older set of these and now purchased this one for my husband. I like the improvement of the square ends so that they don't roll, I have had troubles with mine before almost dropping one, because it rolled off the bowl or plate that they were resting on.I kept mine in my purse for eating out, so that I didn't have to waste disposable ones, now both my husband and I have a pair in my purse that we can use when eating out, sushi, hibachi, or really anything where they would give you chopsticks to eat. I have also used them in a pinch when I have forgotten a fork or something for my lunch at work. I've even eaten yogurt with them, it's slow, but it works. :)

Great Design
It fold and then you can hide it inside the metal tube, make it super compact and you won't loose one of the tip that easy. The cap has o rings so it won't fall off that easy, but Snow Peak does sell replacement on their website, so it seems that will be an easy to lose part, just pay attention.Put them in dishwasher and looks fine

Best portable chopsticks you can get
They come apart making them small in your pack and the wood part that goes in your mouth is much nicer than using metal. The metal handles make them touch and can bang around in your bag w/o getting damaged. Highly recommended.

nice chop sticks
These are very nice chop sticks and are excellent quality. They are a little expensive for what they are but are nice and I use them whenever I can.

Perfect set of chopstick
Really nice chopsticks. These were recommended from a friend and they are definitely premium. They store very neatly and compactly and have become part of my every day carry.

Sweet sticks!
Yes, sometimes, I am true to myself, and I wear this around my neck, and I will whip it out, assemble it, and wield it like an impassioned conductor when I go out to eat. Yes, my wife and children and friends make snide remarks and laugh at me when I do it. Other times, I give in to peer pressure and leave them in my pocket and use a fork. During those other times, I think less of myself as an individual.Think of this as less of an over-priced eating utensil and more of an over-priced litmus test of individuality and character.
