Legit performer! Excellent Quality & Customer Service, as well
I was so hesitant to buy a PC that wasn't from one of the major manufacturers...I am SO GLAD I took the chance with this BeeLink! I wanted to wait al least six-months to write a review, however (from Day 1) I knew this was a QUALITY product. Excellent, prompt customer service as well. As for performance: Not a huge gamer, but I can play Marvel Rivals in 1440p (med/high graphics settings) w/ no performance lags - and the game looks STUNNING/plays smooth.. - I previously had a hunkering gaming tower w/ expensive graphics card, etc - I will never go back to that type of setup again! This sits quietly under my 55" QLED and looks just seamless/modern. Also, looks-wise, I got this a few weeks b4 Apple came out w/ their new Mac Mini - this looks very similar: gorgeous aluminum body/sleek form factor. It has all the high-end ports/connections: I run dual 4K w/ HDMI and newer DisplayPort (there's also a USB-C/Thunderbolt for triple 4K display).. With 32GB of DDR5 and a 1TB drive - It's basically double/triple the specs of the Mac Mini for the same price as Apple's base model - that is an INCREDIBLE VALUE, as well. BeeLink is a brand I now trust and - in regards to the mini-PC form factor - regard them as a LEADER in the category. I look forward to their new product releases and purchasing another in the very near future!

Would buy again, recommended.
I have this running ubuntu as a Plex server with a DAS RAID.Transcodes like a maniac. This is my first Intel chip in over 10 years, the onboard iris graphics are officially supported for hardware acceleration by Plex.I was nervous about spending a few hundred on a brand that I did not know well. Since it was like half of asus' offering I gave it a try and am happy so far. I'll try to update my review after a year or so. If I don't, assume all is going well.Low power draw. My UPS says that I should be able to watch a full movie after the power goes out. (TV and networking equipment are also on UPSs)Beelink, please keep up the good work.

Beelink GTi12 Mini PC - Fast Operator, Fast Ram, Fast SSD, Great Features + Fingerprint Bio Security
I guess you could say I'm a big fan of these Beelink Mini PC's since this is the 3rd one I've bought through Amazon. My first was their GTR7 Pro with the Ryzen 9 chip for me and then I bought my Wife their SR7 Mini PC. While I'm not a big fan or very familiar with the Ryzen Chips, they did perform great and completely wowed me. This time I upgraded to the GTI12 Mini and what a great value. This thing is FANTASTIC and very fast and responsive and No Bloatware. It has plenty of peripheral ports for USB, USB-C and USB-C Thunderbolt 4 on the back and plenty of HDMI and Network ports as well. I was concerned when I saw reviews about issues with WiFi but I haven't experienced any issues what so ever and we have 1GB WiFi Speed at the house. I've paired this with a UPERFECT 22 inch portable 2K monitor and my Samser's Foldable Keyport and MS Arch mouse. My 1 preference that I had that drove me to this model is that it has an SD Card Reader which is important to me because I do a lot of photography, and it has the fingerprint (biometric) reader for security when locked. This is a very quite beast of a PC and it does not appear to get hot at all. I am not a gamer so I cannot state how well it is for gaming but it is a powerehouse for editing RAW photos and Videons. For the price, reliability, ease of setup, expandability, and speed, this is definitely the one to buy. I will be adding another 2GB Lexmark drive to the extra bay soon. I'm not going to spend the extra money for the special graphics card dock that I've seen because I don't really need that for what I use it for.

Poor design
I really hate this thing. I've been working on computers for 30 years, and have used about a dozen mini PCs like this for different projects. Whoever designed the interior of this mini PC should be fired, and I am an engineer that owns and engineering firm.I have several other mini PCs, mostly from GMKtec. I bought this one because of the good performance on paper, and most importantly, the internal power supply. My intended use is to bring it along with me when I travel so I can edit my GoPro and other 4K video since my small laptop doesn't have a lot of power to do this in a timely manner. I liked that it had an internal power supply so that I didn't need to drag along that huge brick with the mini PC.The one I purchased was listed as 2TB, but that is two 1TB drives, not a single one. I bought another 4TB hard drive thinking I would have a total of 6TB, but that is incorrect, there is only 5TB in this configuration. My biggest complaint is it took me 3 hours to replace the 1TB drive with the 4TB drive. These drives are buried in the middle of the unit, and you have to take it nearly apart to get to this location. There are four different sized screws, which always makes it fun to try to put back together. It is really easy to drop a screw, and there are ton of nooks and crannies in the plastic molding around the corners where they can get stuck, and then you have to disassemble the whole unit each time you drop a screw. The plastic connectors for the cables are flimsy and easy to break. With how many times I had to take this apart put it back together, and reconnect the cables, I am shocked that it still works. Also, the two drive slots are not labelled, so you have a 50/50 chance and taking out the wrong one with the OS installed, which I did replace the wrong one, put it partially back together, and it wouldn't boot up because it couldn't find the OS.For comparison, I decided to install the left over 1TB drive in a GMKtec mini PC that I already owned. It took me 4 minutes, and 2 1/2 of that was installing a heat sink, so that part doesn't even count. So it took 3 hours to replace the drive on the Beelink and only 1 1/2 minutes on the GMKtec. Unless you really, really need the internal power supply, avoid this brand. Looking at the airflow inside of this box, the power supply doesn't get enough cooling airflow across it, so I doubt it will last very long before it overheats when I am processing a 4K video for 12 hours.

Perfect
We weren't sure if we should take a chance on this unknown brand but it's excellent. Fast, flawless performance -- couldn't have asked for more.

Great value
Excellent mini PC for the money with a thunderbolt connection, you can connect it to an external GPU for a stand alone LLM system
