I wanted to take a second to write a review because I almost didn't order after reading some others. Yes, the lid mold kinda sucks but with a lil work you can fill it all the way to the corners. You can't just pour and hope it all works down. It will take a little moving around and a small popsicle stick worked absolutely fabulous to push the resin down I to the corners. Super cute mold! Definitely works and looks like a book. I've only used it twice but so far so good in terms of durability.

It works well with both epoxy resin and eco-resin, but you really need to make sure to use a silicone tool to get all the bubbles out from the rim of the lid

It's a cute mold, however, the base already has a tear in the corner that I can tell will get worse and make the mold unusable. Also, the lid is way too loose on the box so it kinda loses the illusion of being a book cover to me. Overall not bad, but not great either.

This mold makes the most adorable little book shaped box. I tested it out with water and put it in the freezer just to see the thickness, details, etc and it's so cute!It was easy to remove from the mold, there was no bowing out on the sides or any distortion.This is a well supported mold with good detail. The lid fits well. One side of the box mold has detail that looks and feels like pages. The other side has a small square with filigree detail that's perfect for adding a name or other decorative detail.

Good mold for several different casting materials. It's sturdy and holds up. Lots of possibilities with this. Good quality mold.

The book part is really cute. Very detailed and a great size. BUT - the top. I just can NOT get bubbles out - or get the gypsum into the corners without a LOT of work. Even a vibrating dental plate couldn't get it to work. Wish it was thicker. I will note, however, that it's listed as a "resin" mold - so the fault could be mine.

So I don’t know if I just didn’t read the size correctly but it’s way smaller than I thought it would be.

I was so excited about this mold. The idea is fantastic. The top is just too thin to get the resin evenly under the lip of the mold. Can you make it a little thicker??? It would make this mold so much better.
