Very useless and bad item.
Courier packing was fine but item was received broken. After connecting it to electricity it got damaged within 5 minutes. The item was not returned as it was non-refundable but thanks to Amazon they refunded the full amount.

Worst of money
I purchase 2 pcs but i received 1 only, i got my refund after complaint, but that i received is not working.Diffuser is not heating due to low quality and no product specification mentioned by manufacturer.If you have extra money then spent on it.Worst and waste of money
