Final Edit: Got my unit replaced. Read full review!
Edit May 2023:Got the on-table replacement unit as was promised 2 years ago.Had to confirm by calling/mailing twice or thrice, but they confirmed they had the replacement unit ready (about ~ two weeks after creating fresh RMA request) at my nearest service center. Service provider is Kaizen Infoserve. Now the fan doesn't bother me as much (no sudden ramp up noticeable). Using it for a month since then. Will probably get clearer idea during winters when ambient temps are lower and fan noise will become more noticeable.Edit 14th Dec 2021:Taking 2 stars off.I changed places and the new neighbourhood is quieter and since I work from home, I spend more time without much gaming load (only VS Code and a few browser tabs open). In the O11 Mini with 5900X and 3070Ti (With lots of cooling for everything), the PSU fan ramps up and down constantly as I work. Opening new tabs on browser or new editors in VS Code (Or sometimes even moving the mouse) is enough to make the PSU blast air off at 100% for a few seconds and go 0db again. This is causing me nausea especially at night.Local service centre (Kaizen Pune) representative told me I will have to wait for 15 days for a new unit after submitting for RMA, which is very difficult for me since this is my work machine.Original review May 2021:Seller was TPS (The Peripheral Store): Very good packing, sealed product. Before purchasing this product, I talked to a few representatives of Cooler Master India. Even though the revised variant (With the fan-off under 15% load function disabled) is not yet available in India, the representatives assured me that due to higher room temperatures in India, you will hardly notice the sudden ramp up in fan speed as the PSU kicks the trapped heat out once the load reaches 15%.They also assured me that if I feel it was bothering me, they would happily replace it with the newer variant free of cost when it arrives in India. After using for a few days with my 3600 and RTX 3070FE in P120 Crystal, I have to say I am yet to notice any unusual fan behaviour.Go for it, it is a pretty good unit, and CM Support is just outstanding. 10 Year warranty on this unit is awesome too.Notable mentions: As my O11 mini arrived almost a week late than this, I had to use my mid-tower in the meanwhile. The Included ATX bracket helped a lot. But, the cable lengths, I can assure you, will not be usable in any mid-tower or full tower case. Thankfully, I already had my set of cable extensions, so no issues for me.

Failed on me within a year!
The PC does not even boot up and RMA is a pain! I have my system down since a month and the only thing I have been doing is playing mails with one and other folks. This is preposterous!

Good PSU, Bad cables and super annoying fan noise
This is my revised review of this PSU. I am using this for more than 8 months now.The first thing to note: The cables provided are extremely poor. The material used is hard and becomes super difficult to route or fold.Cooler Master, please add better cables. This is supposed to go in an ITX case where space is limited and requires good cables so they can be routed correctly.Next, is the fan noise. This is the most annoying thing about this PSU. The fan curve is set in such a way that it automatically gets up to 100% if the load is above 15%.This causes the fan to spin so rapidly that it is barely tolerable. As most of us are going to use ITX cases on our desktops, so you can see the fan noise becomes extremely annoying. My ITX case is super quiet even at high loads except for the PSU fan, which keeps spinning at 100% even if I am browsing the internet.Overall, I would say the power delivery has no issues at all.It is good enough for 5800x with 3080ti.I have not done overclocking so I cannot say anything about it, but for normal usage, there have been zero issues with power.Currently, we don't have many options in SFX PSU department, and this is cheaper than Corsair. So, if you can tolerate high fan noise and don't care about cables, this is the best option.
