We adopted keyless locks tech for all our external doors. Including one for a back door which does not use a deadbolt. Unfortunately, at the time I was reluctant to go with a lock which had app integration. My fear was that someone could walk up to the house and hack the lock.With time i realized that being afraid of hacking is costing me convenience, and all our friends who use electronic locks with app integration enjoy them.I decided to take the plunge with this Knobwell, especially since the app control seemed to be simple and less attacked by hackers.The installation was a breeze, I used the back door first to get everyone in our household used to the new tech. The manufacturer included everything needed to install the lock, and very detailed instructions. I like the ability to check on battery level from the app to avoid surprises, although I have power banks in the car and can use them to activate the lock if a battery died.The fingerprint works ok, same for the keypad. The physical keys are now in a drawer. We did not have a failure of the electronic locks in over 2 years, thus the users got confident enough and they don’t carry a spare physical key with them. I hope this will prove to be a winner and all users will adapt to the tech (app).

I love this lock set, it was easy to install, the instructions were easy to read. I like that it also came with a handle and I didn’t have to buy pieces from another set. We can use a couple different fingerprints which is so nice when we all come home at different times in the day. Very durable and easy to open and shut. I love the automatic lock on it! Good priced item for the quality of the lock! I would buy again for my other doors!

The knob and pad fit the door as expected but hard to code. The lock button keeps unlocking and the unlocking button is for locking. We even went on YouTube and Google to troubleshoot and nothing has helped. We’re keeping for now as we purchased it for our garage door. We will eventually change out for something more dependable.

My husband installed this new door lock and handle this weekend and it looks nice but he was a bit frustrated with the set up. He was able to key in a code just fine, but after several failed attempts, could not get the fingerprint scanner to work. He couldn’t even set one up which was frustrating.I like that it comes with keys too for a fail safe. But I wish all three functions worked like they should right out of the box.

This is a well design keyless fingerprint door lock with keypad it’s easy to Install the keypad uses for AA batteries that’s not included It’s easy to install an open and closes with ease. This is a really good value for the money.
