Upon opening the box I was pleased with the appearance of the hardware and the installation was simple and flawless. However, I was surprised to see that the deadbolt assembly was keyed for both interior and exterior.So I checked my order and sure enough the description says and shows "double key", my mistake there. But, the instructions indicate that there is a thumb turn "turn button" asPart of the 6th installation step (see photo).I have searched Knobwell's website (no luck there) and have also emailed the company to request this "turn button" (no response yet). Tried to call the ph. # listed but no luck there; apparently they're in Uzbekistan [go figure]?I haven't subjected these to any prolonged use yet, but they feel sturdy and comparable to the name brands from the big box diy stores.UPDATE: The company contacted me by email and even though it was clearly my error in ordering, and the return window had closed, offered a resolution to me (a % refund on my purchase), the terms of which I was glad to accept. Furthermore, they sent a link to the hardware set I should have ordered and offered a 20% discount on that purchase.In these days of e-commerce, customer service often is lacking, but these folks at Knobwell, went above and beyond to resolve my issue and I find that a rare experience in today's marketplace.

bought all new door handles for my house. this was a modern design that I loved! I was skeptical buying them online and not seeing them in person but overall very happy with this purchase. they look great in my house and are very sturdy.

I ordered several of these locks and in less than a year some of them started failing (deadbolt won't go in/out without exessive force). At the 2 yr mark one has completely locked up.It appears because of some defective parts.

The media could not be loaded.  Updating my review as the company was very responsive to my concerns about the paint chipping and offered to send a new door handle as a replacement. I haven’t seen the same issues since installing the new one. I greatly appreciated the speed at which they were able to get a new one shipped. I’d purchase from them again in the future.I bought these in late July and they were delivered and installed in early August. I put them on the front door of our home which is under a fully covered terrace, away from the elements (it never gets any rain or sun).After only 4 months, the matte black paint on the interior knob lock has chipped away to reveal a rather unsightly metal color underneath. It seems to only have occurred on the thumb lock as the handle is only showing very minimal signs of potential chipping.I’m not sure if the company stands behind their product enough to send a new one.

They are nice and sturdy and very easy to install. It look very nice.

Nice quality item. Install was a little tricky, but after one, the rest were a breeze. NOTE: Make sure to align the latch holes, especially if you're replacing.

Love the look of it and the idea of how it’s suppose to fit but it doesn’t fit right there’s a gap that it won’t cover and you can’t tighten the screws all the way or it won’t move to open or close it so I have to somehow fill this area it won’t cover even with the different adjustments and tighten the screws up once a week or they will fall out cause you can’t tighten them all the way cause the handle won’t work

Very modern look, easy to install and fits perfectly with our door. Matches our door handles and comes with a few set of keys. The keys themselves seem fragile but are okay. Locks perfectly and gets the job done. Material is overall well made. Would buy again if I had to. Definitely recommend as it’s an easy way to enhance your home.

Gorgeous knobs, lots of extra keys, heavy good quality and very attractive BUT...I ordered these to replace 2 door locks and one garage lock on a home I just bought and was so disappointed. The ones I received did not have the right parts - the deadbolt had a turn knob on both sides vs. a turn on one side and a key insert on the other. After googling how to install them we found several reviews mentioning this problem. I'm not sure if it is the suppliers issue or Knobwell's packaging department that messed up but I had to send them back. I have yet to find a replacement. I really wanted these and when they came I fell in love with them - they are perfect except for this "packaging' issue. I might order direct from Knobwell instead. I recommend checking all the parts before removing existing door knobs and even trying to install them!

The media could not be loaded.  It's nice and came properly packaged and in good condition, however, after 2 weeks of use it no longer works to push the handle downPulling the handle up sometimes works but pushing the handle down does not move the latch in so the door will not openI could not find an option to contact the seller to rectify this or replace it.

Over all i am pleased with the lock set.i found the allen key which holds the cover on the deadbolt hard to get back into place to hold the cover on.i used some caulking to hold the cover in place. Worked well.

These are gorgeous and heavy duty, but the hex screw used to secure the deadbolt plate on the inside DOES NOT SET PROPERLY. There is zero tolerance and once it's installed, the plate doesn't sit flush on the door so the hex screw doesn't set, it just slides right off and puts a groove on the inside so it's impossible to attach it. Going to have to drill a hole on the inside and hope the hex screw holds.
