Purchased this unit for our son's dorm room, as he likes anything "retro".At first, my spouse wasn't keen on the price nor the weight being more than the typical wire metal units being sold and pitched for dorm use, but halfway through building this unit, stated... "This is worth every penny you paid for it!" And that it truly is...You can read the other, very nicely detailed lengthy review, for it covers many of the details we'll spare repeating here, but are very relevant.Overall, it is a bit heavy for what you'd typically want for transporting to/from school, but as you can see in the photo, it is sturdy and holds a lot! It takes a bit longer to assemble, but that's only the initial time, as we won't need to completely disable it at move out time.Our only big issue and reason for only giving 4 stars, is that there is NO direct Customer Service provided by this seller. In order to obtain 2 simple missing screws, required Amazon to ship a complete 2nd unit, weighing 70#, and then having that 70# box be picked up 4 days later... All because this Seller does NOT provide any Customer Service info, or allow Amazon to send us just the screws.Otherwise, it's a keeper!

The unit itself is sturdy, but there was damage throughout with laminate flaking off, dents and deep gauges. There was tape covering a flaw in the drawer bottom. It feels as though I probably received a used or returned unit. It was well packaged and all the parts were accounted for. Assembly was pretty easy. I could’ve used a more detailed diagram when it came to installing the drawer slide hardware. If this unit had been damage-free it probably would’ve gotten 5 stars. Very disappointed with the condition. I went through with a black furniture marker to cover all the damaged spots, but very frustrating to have to do on a new piece of furniture.

This went together very easy, and is very rigid. It does a fantastic job of holding my larger mini fridge and coffee maker. It fits well in my hallway also.

I have assembled a LOT of furniture in my day - new/used, IKEA quality and cheap crap. This was the worst excuse for assembly instructions I have ever seen. The parts were not all labeled, and the ones that were, had faded and hard to read tiny #’s. The instructions gave no details and the pictures were worthless (and my instructions came torn almost in half!). They were basically a guide as to the order of things and you have to figure the rest out on your own. Spend a little more money and save yourself the hassle of figuring out this puzzle.

Love this mini fridge stand. Easy to assemble. One piece was missing, but Amazon took care of that problem immediately. Highly recommend.

I finally had a couple of days off to assemble this unit. I received it on July 24 and assembled it from December 28 to December 31, 2024. My unit did not come with any instructions, but I contacted the seller on December 26, right around Christmas time, and he sent me the instructions within 12 hours—even during the holidays! Great service!The assembly required a slow but steady pace, but it was quite easy and fun. I did notice that my unit differed from the one pictured in the listing. The unit I received has an extra shelf above the wooden drawer, and piece #21 (the lower portion of the wooden drawer housing) was a solid piece of wood instead of the partial "slat" shown in the instructions.If you receive the same unit I did, be sure to add the metal supports for the side fridge shelf before you attach the floor/lower portion of the drawer housing. I included an image in this review, so please take a look.Everything went together easily using the tools supplied with the unit, resulting in a very sturdy and solid structure that works perfectly in my kitchen. Overall, this is a great unit with excellent service and outstanding value!

I just recently moved my daughter into her dorm room, and any furniture that is versatile and space-saving is an essential. We were able to set up a mini kitchen for my daughter with this stand that fits all her drinks and snacks with ease. It also has a lovely rustic/industrial look. It would be great for granny flats, Air BnBs, or anywhere really. I might get another one of these to set up a cute little coffee station in my home.
