Good Spot Welding for the Size
I used this to make 2 batteries for my dewalt lawnmower. Everything seems to work great. Support also help me answer a few questions I had about the device.

Works well
I used this for installing batteries into my solar powered flag light. It easily spot welds aluminum strips to the 4680 batteries. First I tried my soldering gun which was a mess. The price was right

It works well and I’ve already repaired three Dewalt batteries
It does not work on the thicker metal strips that are used from the factory on DeWalt batteries. Need to use the thinner metal strip that is shipped With the spot welder

Poor weld quality. Not worth it. Save & get AwithZ P20B.
Even on the highest possible settings this couldn't weld an 18650 battery to hold it's own weight let alone be a solid weld. Every single spot welder this size has been like this since 2022. The AwithZ P20B is more than worth the money it costs. I get perfect welds every single time. Highly recommend saving & getting one of those instead.

Really nice welds on 18650 cells, and FAST
Welded up a bunch of 18650s as soon as I charged it up. I used the default “25” setting on automatic to produce consistently strong, tiny welds, 10 per tab. No probe sticking or big sparks. Very impressed.Note, LOOK AT REVIEWS!! Many similar welders are frequently returned. Not this one. Well made, great welds. I will do more projects with welded lithium cells now!
