On time delivery - started on first attempt, heats up fast with lesser noise, best value for similar spec. Looks. Sturdy and reliable. Also well thoughout as after boiling, condensation doesn't drip from the inside of the cap on electric parts unlike other brands that I previously owned. Cord length better than most other brands, and yes holds heat for hours. Don't have to turn on repeatedly.

I bought this kettle for ₹799 and I can say for sure that it's best electric kettle available for online purchase. I chose this particular kettle because of its wide opening and straight body. Wide opening allows easy cleaning and straight body allows easy packing for a journey. It heats up water quickly. Auto cut off works fine but we should take it as safety feature only and not as habit. Although product description says it's cool touch but once the water is boiling, outer surface is hot enough to give a burn so be cautious. Build quality is good enough and cord length is just OK but it could be little more.

The product is easy to use, well built and sturdy, but 3 months after using the product it stops working.Now, I understand this is an electrical item and, through no fault of the manufacturer, may fail from time to time. The problem arises the manufacturer makes no effort to solve customer issues.It took me about 20 days just to reach out to the service centre, half the time no one was picking up the phone. Moreover, a city like Bangalore has just one service centre, which is in one corner of the city. It would literally cost less to buy a new kettle rather than to visit the service centre.After numerous attempts when I finally managed to get them on the line, they said they would send someone for a diagnosis/repair, which again took them another 12 days, even though I was continuously following up with them.When the technician finally arrived, he said the base has been spoilt and needs to be replaced. Now my kettle has a glass body (the sole reason I went for this unheard-of brand) and he was replacing with a metal body. I told him the same, that I would have bought another known brand if I wanted a normal metal body, to which he said glass body needs to be ordered and will take about 2 weeks to arrive. This got extended to another 20 days.When the technician finally arrived with the glass body, the LED (which brings our the charming blue light) wasn't working. He now said will replace the LED in 2 days. This took one whole month again.He finally replaced the LED yesterday but only one bulb in the LED was working (instead of the entire round circle as you can see in the picture). Also, the base is leaking water. To which he says, it was already tested, I now need to raise another complaint if I need to get that fixed. I was charged Rs. 177 for the service (which wasn't mentioned anywhere or in any of earlier discussions).All in all:1) It is frustratingly difficult to get in touch with the service centre, they don't even pick up the phone.2) Just one service centre in entire Bangalore3) The service took 75+ days after repeated to and fro4) Was charged unnecessarily5) Two issues arose after they fixed one, and are unwilling to fix thatThis is a good product to use, just hope it doesn't get spoilt. In which case you might as well throw it away and purchase a new one.

Excellent item.

It has Green colour inner lid which smells badly when water boils. Noise level is too much high when it start working. Cord length is small, no auto cutoff, Quality is low.

A very good product overall..... Could've done better with improving build quality.
