Q: I am 5'4" and weigh 160. will this fit? how large is the waist?

I dont remember, if they came in different Sizes. If Yes, get the smallest, If NO, then It will fit you. Their is lots of room, for way more than 160 lbs. BUT its a little long, So you WILL have to get it Tailored, and shortened. If you dont, it will drag on the floor. A little is nice, but being 5'-4", it would be un-safe and a little Dangerous. But its a very nice Garment, and you should enjoy it. Its great to pray and Meditate it ~! - Blessing - & yes, I am a Christian/Buddahist~!

Q: How accurate is the sizing? i'm an xl and want to make sure it's not a "smaller" xl.

I am 6'1 but I am slender and this worked out well for me as far as length if I had a wider frame this would be too tight for me.
