Great
It is good quality and medium firm. I have slept great since I’ve had this mattress a couple of months. I’m glad I got this and didn’t buy a $1000 mattress. I use a 3 inch mattress topper, too, because I tend to get sore in bed. I never noticed any smell. Great value for your money! I would repurchase.

I would pay twice as much
I got a lightning deal and I didn't expect the mattress to be perfect, but it is an outstanding mattress. I let mine expand for 5 days, kneading the edges with my knees after two days and I really think that made a difference. I have only slept on it once, but I am impressed. The mattress absorbed my weight downward without pulling at my sides. The pillow top is functional and soft, transitioning seamlessly to be more supportive. My body size is average across the board. I wrote this because they earned it.

Firm but good
I bought this mattress because I really needed a new mattress obviously I was a little skeptical over a mattress in a box I let it sit for 3 days after I opened it it surprisingly became very firm little to firm to my liking I put a mattress topper on it been sleeping for 3 days now great support the material is very good there's no noise when you sleep and I really didn't get any smell from it for the money that I paid if I get 2 years out of it I'm excited

comfort & longevity
Mattress arrived in good condition, great packaging. Just be careful when opening the plastic cover as the mattress explodes, almost got knocked down into the bedframe. Is for guest room and I did try it out. Seems on the medium Firm which I like. Is very comfortable, I am a senior so worked for me. Good product...always skeptical when ordering a mattress online.

Mattress Too Soft
I read all the reviews on this mattress prior to ordering. The mattress is described as Medium Firm but most of the reviews stated it was closer to very firm which is what I was looking for. I allowed it to expand for 72 hours prior to sleeping on it. We immediately noticed that the mattress was not as firm as our previous memory foam mattress.I will say Flexbedic's customer service was exceptional trying to resolve my issues with the mattress. We came to a resolution that I am satisfied. Based off of this, I will consider purchasing from them a Memory Foam Mattress in the future.

High quality. Low cost.
The overall quality of the mattress outweighs the cost by far. There was some minor difficulty getting it out of box due to its weight but it unrolled easy, expanded perfectly. The medium/firm was exactly what I needed. Honestly got a much better mattress than what you'd expect for the price.
