Works great in our dog fence collars. It’s a little snug and I’ll probably have a fun time getting it out again when I have to replace it, but at $4 a piece, it’s worth the extra effort so I don’t have to spend $15 a piece for the “branded” batteries.

I have a Nikon EL2 SLR camera from 1977-78 and this is the kind of battery that it uses. These kind of batteries used to be pretty common, but now that most digital cameras use rechargeable batteries, the throw away kind are harder to find. I ordered this from Amazon for about $5 and what else can I say? Its a battery and it works.If you have a Nikon EL2, the battery is in an odd location. You have to remove the lens of the camera, then look inside, right beneath the mirror is a hatch that you can open with your finger. The battery is beneath the hatch. To get it out, turn the camera upside down and with your finger, gently push it to the side of the camera with the shutter release button until the battery falls out.When inserting the new battery, make sure you observe polarity. The positive side of the battery faces AWAY from the side of the camera with the shutter release button. Looking at the camera from the front, this is to the RIGHT.As with any film camera, if you don't plan on using the camera for a long period of time, remove the battery to prevent it from running down prematurely.

Welp, it's a battery. It arrived at my house and did the whole battery thing. If you're wanting a battery to also do jobs only a battery of this specification can do, look no further.

It's a battery, good grief...it's a battery. And you can't go wrong with either of the two most popular suppliers of batteries to power your integrated-circuit-laden camera that won't do anything but sit there much as some high-priced paperweight without batteries. Modern cameras are capable of miraculous feats of light-gathering and image-rendering magic, but without a tiny, energy-packed storage-unit like this, it's worthless. I like to get mine at Amazon to avoid the strangely-attired social-outcasts that so often frequent mega-retailers, as large groups of people can often lead one to wonder what path so many crazed with the ownership of as many useless items they can possibly afford, but I digress. Buy one (or two, or whatever).

These are a great battery. Arrived sealed and fresh. No issues at all.

Energizer says their batteries last three years but this battery had an expiration date two years from now.

What can you say about a battery? It works or it doesn't. This one worked.
