Traumatizing Results!
Used this item for the very first time yesterday. Clipped the hair in, rolled it up, then immediately released it. Hair was MELTED, not even burned, MELTED, to the iron and just fell out. This product was used on thick, healthy hair. A product should not be able to heat up so hot that it will MELT human hair.
