This product is a a combination of French Maritime Pine Bark and Bioperine (Black pepper extract). French maritime pine bark (according to PubMed) has a long history of biomedical research. There has been at least one review paper published in the last 12 months. That paper is available free to read online or can be ordered through almost any library. The label suggests antioxident and support of immune function. Bioperine - is often used to enhance absorption of natural products. Do check with a medical professional or pharmacist before taking this product, especially if you are taking other medications.The capsules are of average size and we have not noted any piney scent or flavor.The product is made in the USA, under good manufacturing practices and in an FDA registered facility.The product label has proper company contact information (physical address as well as a contact phone number). Unfortunately even with our good reading glasses, it is difficult to read. The company, FineLand, does have an easy to find website with a "Contact us" link.

I’ve been taking this for 2 1/2 months I have not seen any kind of results or change or anything. Quite disappointed.

This Maritime Pine Bark supplement is easy to take, works as an antioxidant, and has 200 days worth in a single bottle. No worries of having to buy a bottle every month. :) I have not noticed any side effects so far.

Expiration date and lot number are printed in "large" but faint yellow dot matrix on the bottom of the dark brown bottle. This would normally be an easy to read combo, except for the faint print. I received this 10/2024, and the expiration date is 10/2026.The bottle has a clear unmarked shrink wrap over the bottle lid, so tamper resistance is covered.Bottle is marked "Made in USA" then in very, very small letters under the button graphic, "using globally sourced ingredients". I had to up the magnification on my phone camera in order to actually read it.They have an allergen statement saying that they didn't use a laundry list of allergens, but that the product is made in a facility that does handle them. Hmmm. Not what I like seeing myself, but at least they warned you.Distributor is identified by name, street address, city/state zip and a phone number. Address looks to me to be a corporation paperwork parking company. A quick search shows this to be the case.

This seems to be a good quality French Maritime Bark so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is a bit high for FMB- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
