how you replace parts that are missing in one of these kits
There are some missing parts in this kit so I am unable to finish it. I would like the know how I go about getting replacements ? Other than that it was a fun kit to build!!!! I would give it a 5 star rating if I can get the missing parts!!!

Missing Pieces
We bought this for a Christmas present. Do not waste your money. There are multiple pieces missing. We were able to make it work until we got to the roller coaster car . . . ALL TRACK WHEELS ARE MISSING FROM THE SET!There is absolutely no way to get the roller coaster car to work without the wheels.

Questionable quality
Opted this route instead of big brand- heard good things. Disappointed in the end. Missing about 25 small parts/ some details. left un finished. Not clear directions, had to move several pieces after the fact to make it fit right. Looks good in the pic, but many pieces don’t sit flush. The motor cable isn’t long enough, so in the end it doesn’t even work as intended. Will never buy again. Big brand only for us

Fun build, a little super glue helped a lot.
The set is a fun build but can be a little frustrating. The pieces dont always stay stuck together like a Lego set would. We had to get out the super glue to hold some of the structural pieces together, but the directions were clear and was a fun build.

Little disappointed
Grandson 14 years old loved putting it together. A little challenging for him but he loved it. Roller coaster could not make it all the way around without help.

Missing pieces
My son received this for Christmas. He is only on the 4th of 9 bags and there have at least 10 missing pieces. Very frustrating

Very cool set if you have the patience
The media could not be loaded. This is one of the coolest building sets I’ve owned (40+ years of Lego). It’s not the first Mould King set for me so I’m used to the normal things to expect: a few pieces might be missing or often times are in the wrong bag, some steps might have an easier build method, etc. If you demand perfection then Mould King is not for you, but if you want to expand to other brands at a cheaper price point then take a look! This set was fairly difficult and tedious to build. Most was done by an 11-year old without much assistance needed, but once you build the main structure it’s easy to knock over (happened once) until you get some of the supports in. The blue letters are also very easy to knock off and it’s still a mystery what they say!The power cord running to the top motor is not long enough, but we just moved the battery box 5 or 6 pegs closer and it was fine. The roller coaster works though, which is what makes it so cool! We didn’t have to tweak anything at all and it ran on the first try, but I could see that not always being the case if you don’t get all the details right. Just watch the video if you want to see it running! I would say that 90% of the time it loops over and over, but every once in a while it doesn’t catch the chain going up or gets caught at the gate. This set is very large so make sure you have room for it! It’s also not designed to be physically played with that much, so find a place where you can set it out and watch it run. I would not let a younger kiddo try to move minifigs around it or anything.Overall both myself and the builder (11yo) are super happy with it and it’s a great value for the cost.Considered 5 stars but chose 4 due to the short cable and the fact that it could be a bit more structurally sound.
