I am excited to see Akkermansia in a product as there are studies coming out showing its true health advantage. From what I've looked up, this is the only company providing this. The pill is a great easy-to-swallow size, and the smell in the bottle is sweet instead of medicinal. This was a gifted product for my review, and I would love to take it long term and monitor my gut health. However, the cost is prohibitive for long term use. If you're on a dedicated health journey without cost concerns, this would be a great addition to your arsenal.

I took these every day for a month as I had no Akkermansia. After that my levels actually were too high! Definitely can't complain that they worked too well, so just be careful with how often you take them as they work very well.
