Poorly designed
It was great that this enderman was almost 9 feet tall, but it was designed with three parts to its body, and all three had to be staked down. This is not including stakes around the foot area. Even then you stand a good chance of being crooked or wobbly.

We could not get this to stay up. It seems to be too top heavy.
