Great tools. Bit expensive
Really good I use them all the time just a shame you don't get a guide for making the peice that would fit into a Tee peice. Easy enough to make it with the angle edge but I have since marked on it the perfect spot for making one on it

Useless.
These products, and all similar ones, are essentially useless and a waste of money. The gauges specified are for the pipe bore - 15mm, 28mm etc. But the insulation you are cutting is the key dimension, which is not specified. So if you have 15mm bore pipe insulation with 15mm insulation thickness, these work (just). But if you have 20mm or 30mm insulation thickness, they are useless - the insulation will not fit inside the cutter template. As the insulation thickness is not specified, they are essentially useless.

Disappointed by product
I was disappointed when the product arrived. It wasn’t very strong and there was no flat base as advertised - just a cylinder!

Great for economy pipe wrap, Bylaw 49 not so much
The Sinmoe pipe insulation cutting jig is a utilitarian device crafted from an additive manufacturing process. This construction method does not detract from its functionality. The nested design of the jigs allows for compact storage, a practical consideration for the tool-laden tradesperson. The jigs provide accurate cuts for standard economy pipe insulation, resulting in precise jointing. However, compatibility issues arise with alternative insulation materials. Water Bylaw 49 insulation requires the use of a larger jig for smaller pipe diameters, while the 22mm variant is incompatible entirely. The tool's performance with foil-wrapped or mineral wool insulation remains untested.Overall, the Sinmoe jig offers a practical solution for insulating standard pipework, but its limitations in accommodating alternative materials restrict its overall utility.

quick and easier than guessing
Hi, 3 sizes of pipe cutting tool that look 3d printed, useful to have to help cut foam insulation, ive got a few jobs to sort and re-do some pipework inside our house thats been left, im no plumber but just a DIYer that likes to finish off some jobs that others have left or redo cause i think i know better 😀 these are a little bit pricey, seen others around the £15 price 😀
